12.1 The prwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. prwin does not knowingly collect any personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 CNIC-based KYC verification is the primary mechanism by which prwin enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account where the CNIC submitted indicates the holder is below 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all data retained only for the minimum period required by law before deletion.
