These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and prwin governing your access to and use of the prwin platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, bonuses, and payment facilities. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the prwin Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and prwin governing use of the Platform.
2.2 By registering an Account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, the Player conclusively agrees to be bound by these Terms as they exist at the time of each such action.
2.3 prwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Player's continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary or communication, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Restriction. The prwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited. prwin enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification prior to enabling real-money play or any withdrawal.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one prwin Account. Creating multiple accounts using different mobile numbers, CNIC details, or payment methods constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
3.3 One Account Per Household. prwin limits the number of registered accounts per shared residential address or IP address. Where multiple accounts appear to operate from the same household, prwin reserves the right to request additional verification or restrict bonus eligibility.
3.4 Capacity. By registering, the Player warrants that they are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Gambling: prwin operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
4.1 Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a password, and accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. The Player warrants that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
4.2 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal or enabling real-money gameplay beyond the initial deposit, prwin will require the Player to complete CNIC-based identity verification. The Player must submit a clear photograph of their CNIC (front and back) and a selfie for facial matching. prwin may request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.3 Account Security. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. prwin will never ask for a Player's password via chat, email, or SMS. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, the Player must contact prwin support immediately.
4.4 prwin reserves the right to suspend any Account pending verification if the information provided is inconsistent, incomplete, or suspected of being false.
5.1 prwin accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Available payment methods may vary and are displayed on the Deposit page within the Player's Account.
5.2 All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. prwin reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.
5.4 Deposits are generally credited to the Player Account within seconds for mobile wallet transactions (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the Player's bank processing times.
5.5 prwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which prwin accepts no liability.
6.1 Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags.
6.2 Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a payment account in the Player's verified name. prwin reserves the right to request additional confirmation of the withdrawal destination.
6.3 prwin will process withdrawal requests within approximately two (2) business hours during standard operating hours. Complex compliance reviews may extend this timeline, in which case the Player will be notified via their registered contact details.
6.4 prwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above certain thresholds, including requests for source of funds documentation, consistent with its AML obligations under its gaming license.
6.5 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Winnings generated from bonus funds above the permitted withdrawal cap defined in the specific bonus terms will be removed from the balance.
7.1 All prwin bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside each promotion. These Terms apply in addition to those individual terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page.
7.3 prwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not have that bonus retroactively removed during an active wagering period, except where fraud or Terms violation is detected.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. The following constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using third-party or shared payment methods to circumvent one-account-per-player rules; placing bets designed to exploit bonus mechanics rather than engage in genuine play; and any other conduct that prwin determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be intended to manipulate the promotional system.
8.1 All software-based games on the prwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.
8.2 Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. The rules of each live game are governed by those providers' published rulebooks, which are available within each game interface.
8.3 All sports betting markets, including cricket and PSL betting, are subject to prwin's Sportsbook Rules. Bet settlement is final once confirmed by the Platform. In-play bets placed on events that were already concluded at the time of placement will be voided.
8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity failure during a game, prwin reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the stake. Under no circumstances will prwin pay out winnings that arose from a game that did not complete or process correctly.
8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and betting market. These limits apply per round, per match, and per day as applicable, and may vary based on the Player's account tier.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the prwin Platform and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances:
prwin actively monitors all accounts for fraudulent and prohibited behaviour. Where such activity is detected, prwin will immediately suspend the account, freeze all associated funds, and may refer the matter to the relevant financial intelligence authority, law enforcement body, or gaming regulator.
10.1 All content on the prwin Platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of prwin or its licensed content providers, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes. No rights are transferred to any Player beyond this scope.
10.3 Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of prwin's intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
11.1 prwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it is shared, and how Players may exercise their data rights.
11.2 By registering on prwin, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their personal data, including CNIC details and payment records, as necessary for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting.
11.3 prwin implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and data segregation to protect Player information from unauthorised access or disclosure.

13.1 The prwin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While prwin takes reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free from technical interruptions.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prwin's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 prwin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether prwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.4 prwin accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's own decision to gamble, including losses incurred during genuine gameplay where no technical error has occurred.
14.1 By the Player. A Player may request closure of their prwin Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified Real Money Balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.2 By prwin. prwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; incomplete or fraudulent KYC documentation; regulatory directives; or conduct that prwin determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
14.3 Where an Account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms, prwin reserves the right to withhold any balance, including Real Money Balance, pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in their entirety.
15.1 prwin may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, prwin will publish a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, notify Players via their registered contact details at least five (5) days before the changes take effect.
15.2 It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document.
15.3 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which prwin holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause affects any rights that Players may have under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
16.2 In the event of a dispute, the Player should first contact prwin's support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the complaint. prwin will endeavour to resolve complaints within five (5) business days.
16.3 If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through internal processes, the Player may escalate the dispute to the licensing authority under which prwin operates, in accordance with that authority's published dispute resolution procedures.
